Administration
There are currently no positions available within administration at RHC.
Child, Youth & Family Services
Educator:
Responsibilities would include planning, implementing and supervising educational services with individuals eligible for MR/DD services and their families. Services are delivered in individuals’ homes and community settings to address ADL, behavioral, communication, and other life skill goals.
Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week), exempt, varied hours as required
Benefits: Include PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, 401k
Required minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Min. 2 years experience with individuals with MR/DD and their families
- Experience with functional assessments, planning and intervention required
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
- Ability to work varied hours as required.
- A valid driver’s license
- No more than 5 points on driving record
- An insured reliable vehicle for on the job use.
Preferred qualifications:
- Special Education, Occupational Therapy, and/or Communication background.
Educational Support Specialist:
Collaborate with families and team members to design and implement educational services with individuals eligible for MR/DD services and their families. Services are delivered in individuals’ homes and community settings to address ADL, behavioral, communication, and other life skill goals.
Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week), exempt, varied hours as required

- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
- Ability to work varied hours as required.

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Continuing education in human services or related field.
Residential Services
Support Associate:
Support individuals in living, learning, and/or working in their neighborhood and community. Provide direct support to individuals living in their own apartment or at home with their families.
Hours: Varied hours available including: evenings, weekends and overnights.
Benefits: Available for eligible, full time employees
Required minimum qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- An insured reliable vehicle for on the job use
- A valid driver’s license
- No more than 5 points on driving record.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Healthcare
