Residential Transition Services

After more than 40 years of assisting people with their community living goals, RHC is able to provide guidance and expertise to individuals and families who are seeking out advice and direction on residential services. From application to doorstep, RHC staff is able to act as a liaison with the funding entities as well as share knowledge about the overall community and the availability of other resources.
