Chief Executive Officer
The Resident Home Corporation of Cincinnati (RHC) provides an array of effective and efficient services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in southwest Ohio. RHC has partnered for 50 years with people who have developmental disabilities, their families, public and private agencies to insure that our service recipients live healthy, happy, safe and successful lives that they choose and so deserve. Services cover the lifespan from education and intervention, wellness and mental health, to safe, affordable, and accessible homes. RHC continues to be progressive in strategic and innovation planning to remain a current, relevant, and fluid not-for-profit corporation in southwest Ohio.
RHC seeks a CEO who will be responsible for over-all leadership, strategic direction setting, coordination and management of the agency. He/she will lead the development and execution of all new program activities of the agency while maintaining the rich tradition of the organization. The CEO will be responsible for developing new fundraising mechanisms via governmental and non-governmental sources and administering such funds across the agency services. He/she will continue building the skill base of the agency’s workforce and partnering with others and advocating for people with intellectual developmental disabilities. He/she will lead the Board of Directors to insure maximum benefits to clients and the community. The CEO will use all agency resources, staff and volunteers in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
The CEO must have:
- passion for and be an advocate for improving intellectual/developmental disabilities field in the region
- high Integrity, honesty and accountability
- demonstrated skills in progressive leadership and effective management of business fundamentals
- the ability to “see” political and financial impact on the agency now and in the future
- the ability to build strong relationships and collaborations across vastly diverse work groups, including Board of Directors

- financial intuitiveness coupled with solid business acumen
- proactive, creative and strategic skills
- flawless execution skills
- demonstrated ability to raise funds for not-for-profit health care organizations/human service organizations, including writing grants
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in business administration, health, social services or related field. Eight (8) years of relevant experience, five (5) years in a progressively responsible leadership or supervisory role in a social service, governmental, health care, human service or related field.

Family Centered Support/Community Living Support/ Children’s Retreat
Seeking people who have a desire to make a difference through providing support to people with developmental disabilities. Candidates must have a good understanding of self-determination, ethical standards of practice, and the ability to assist people to identify and make choices to support their needs and interests. Skills should include the ability to monitor crisis situations, ability to interact with community members and organizations, and a willingness to teach skills that will maximize individual strengths and capabilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED/ Associates Degree Preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points on driving record.
- Insured, reliable vehicle for on the job use.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities preferred.
- Interest in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead the lives they choose.
- Demonstrated reliability with regard to basic work habits such as attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work as a team member.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to regularly perform physical activities such as lifting (50-100lbs), carrying, pushing/pulling, bending, stooping, and walking.
WORK SCHEDULE DEMANDS / WORK LOCATION REQUIREMENTS / TRAVEL DEMANDS
- Local travel may be required.
- Available Work Schedules : Monday - Sunday (7:00AM - 3:00PM) ( 3:00PM - 11:00PM) (11:00PM-7:00AM).
Program Coordinator
Community and Supported Living
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years experience in Human Service field
- Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in the DD field preferred.
Educator
(Two Positions Available)
Provide highly skilled assessment and intervention services. Conduct global and targeted skill specific assessments, intervention planning, and skill development intervention to children with developmental disabilities based on the requested outcomes identified by the family and/or school team; includes identification and establishment of measurable goals and outcomes reporting as well as direct intervention. The Educator is responsible for independent oversight of overall service quality provided. The Educator works within a two-person team to provide the services to the individuals and their families and/or school teams; therefore the position involves supervising service implementation
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s OR Bachelor’s with Licensure/Certification Required
- Must have strong knowledge in the following areas: General Child Development, Developmental Disabilities, Positive Behavior Supports, Functional Behavior Assessment
- Experience providing direct intervention to children with developmental disabilities, completion of behavior assessments and intervention planning
- Minimum 2 years experience
